The 7th 2008 China International Textile Fabric & Accessories Dongguan Expo will be a professional exhibition with the largest scale in 2008. This expo is the only expo supported by the Dongguan city government and held by Dongguan Branch of the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade. ◆ The organization of professional attendants and exhibition promotion

1. One million tickets will be delivered to various regions of the country through organizer and our company.

2. The exhibition will be publicized and reported on more than 100 domestic and abroad professional newspapers, magazines, websites, radio stations and television stations, etc.

3. The Organization agency owns professional materials containing 800,000 international industrial news through information collection over a long period and the members and industry resources of the sponsors. The organization agency will invite the directors, purchase superintendents, designers, textile foreign trade group, professional purchase group and foreign purchase group of the clothing manufacturer enterprises, home textiles enterprises, manufacturing companies and other related businesses to visit the expo and participate in the negotiation. ◆ Remarks

1. Addition 20 percent costs will be charged for the booth with two openings. The minimal acreage of the rough booth is 36 square meters (the management expense of RMB 20 yuan per square meter is not included)

2. The standard booth (the minimal booth is 9 square meters) provides boarding in three direction (except the booth with two opening), a table, two chairs and one electric outlet.

3. All the booth can enjoy some services, like publishing the exhibitor's introduction on the exhibition proceeding, booth cleaning, security, insurance, newspapers and periodicals, advertisement on the magazines, etc. In the meantime, they can organize the negotiation between their users in the booth.

◆ Technology communication lecture: each of the the communication lecture should be completed with in 1 hour with charge of RMB 8,000 yuan. Please post the executive summary of the lecture to the organizers in advance.

◆ Exhibition Application Procedures:

1 ． Please carefully fill in the “application/contact” stamped with the company's seal, and then mail or facsimile to the organizer, and then transfer the deposit or total cost to the appointed bank account within 7 days with the bank payment certificate to confirm the booth, otherwise the reserved booth will not be retained.

2. The booth distribution principle: the early birds who actively apply for the booth and pay the cost will get booths with better position. The organizer reserves rights in adjusting the booth all the time.

3. The organizer will facsimile or post the Exhibition Notice to the exhibitors about 30 days before the exhibition.

4. The rest of the cost should be paid off as of May 30, 2008, otherwise the exhibitor's booth will be cancelled.
